RTLINE ACP is produced on the basis of "direct compound" technology. In contrast to lamination technology in this case we come across not the sticking of already-made aluminum and composite sheets, but the aluminum sheets are served directly to the melted composite. This technology enables us to produce a sheet with high adhesion, stable dimensions and flexibility.
The mineral component added into the composite layer makes RTLINE ACP hard without the loss of flexibility.
Only high quality aluminum is used for the production of RTLINE ACP. The aluminum painting is made with the help of the most modern machines under the control of experienced specialists, that drives to the minimum the possibility of color misfit. The back side of our ACP is primed.
